21 Days of Reiki Meditation

When we sit together in Reiki, energy grows, consciousness increases, change happens.  We find strength in Reiki. We find strength in ourselves.

The earth is evolving; structures are changing. Reiki is emerging as a supportive force ready to shepherd the world through the necessary change. 

During the 21 Days of Reiki Meditation, participants are invited to become co-creators in the ongoing dance of life. These daily Reiki meditations include: Reiki self-treatments and a variety of meditation practices adapted for Reiki students. Practices include: Inspired Guidance, Loving Kindness, Body Awareness, Expanded Consciousness, Ho-Opono-pono meditation with Reiki, and Tonglen, a Tibetan forgiveness practice.
