A Master’s Story: Following Oral Tradition

In 1977, Gretchen met Hawayo Takata in Hawaii, and became her private student for a year. Later Gretchen and her husband moved to Vashon Island, Washington. In 1984, Phyllis Furumoto invited her to Port Townsend to participate in a 5 day workshop with a group of Reiki Masters. Gretchen has been practicing Reiki for 48 years, and has been very involved with the global Reiki community during that time. This interview delves deeper into her fascinating story.
