This two-hour interactive two-session workshop explores the types of grief that participants are experiencing and how that complicates the prospect of “celebrating” holidays when we are not feeling celebratory.

The focus is on loving ourselves where we are and experiencing the holidays in a way that honors what is true for us at this time.
