BIO: Hilary Rudenauer is a Reiki Master Teacher, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Postpartum Doula, 500-Hour Kripalu Yoga Teacher, and owner of Resonance Healing Arts. Hilary has been practicing Reiki for over a decade and has provided sessions in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatric hospitals, outpatient treatment programs, correctional facilities, businesses, and senior centers. She is passionate about preserving the wisdom and energy of classic Reiki teachings while adapting the practice to support people through the mental and emotional challenges of modern life.
