In 1969, I completed my PhD in Chemistry at the University of Toronto. I had the honor of serving as the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) Science and Technology Adviser for the Caribbean from 1988 until 1998. During this time, I became certified as a Re-evaluation Counseling Teacher in 1993 and three years later Reiki would become a central part of my life.

In 1996, I became a Reiki Master. Shortly after, I joined the Reiki Alliance as a Board Member in 2003. I served in this position with gratitude until 2009.

Since 2011 until now, I have happily worked as a Professor of Chemistry at St George’s University, Grenada.
