A Master Story with Penelope Jewell
A Master’s Story with Penelope Jewell
In this inspiring Master’s Story webinar, Reiki Master Penelope Jewell shares her remarkable journey with Reiki, a path shaped by courage, dedication, and a deep calling to service.
Penelope’s introduction to Reiki came unexpectedly through a Waldorf school auction, where she experienced its benefits firsthand. What began as curiosity quickly became a life’s work, guiding her to train, teach, and eventually mentor others around the world.
Her story unfolds through moments of challenge and transformation, leaving behind a business, navigating personal loss, and following Reiki’s call across continents. From mentoring 20 Master candidates in Scotland and England to bringing Reiki to hospitals in Bali and leper communities in Nepal, Penelope embodies the universal and accessible nature of Reiki.
Along the way, she reflects on Reiki’s non-dogmatic essence, its ability to meet people wherever they are, and its alignment with Mrs. Takata’s vision of Reiki becoming “as common as aspirin.” Through her experiences, Reiki emerges not only as a healing practice but as a way of being one with the world and within.
Join us for this heartfelt retelling of Reiki’s global journey through one teacher’s eyes, a story of resilience, service, and the transformative power of connection.
