Mindful Meditation and Reiki

The group begins with mindful meditation to experience relaxation techniques. The meditation includes progressive body relaxation and mindful breathing to relax the mind and body. We then progress to Reiki with descriptions of hand positions and the anticipated benefit from each position from the top of the head to the bottom on the feet. All events are listed in PDT.
