BIO:

Dr Wiltshire is a Reiki Master. She has an extensive career in International Development, Governance and Gender Equality. She builds capacity in Transformational Leadership and mentors leaders. She is a member of the OAS High Level Group to promote women’s political participation and supported the South African Transition Team led by Nelson Mandela in mainstreaming gender across the policy spectrum and Constitutional Reform. She was a member of the team drafting the Earth Charter and was a member of the Planning Committee for the 1991 World Women’s Congress for a Healthy Planet held in Miami. She also was a part of the official delegation and the NGO delegation to the UN Conference on Environment and Development in Rio 1992.

Dr. Wiltshire holds a Master’s and a Ph.D in Political Science (International Relations) from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, USA and a B.Sc (Economics) from UWI Mona. She is committed to equality, justice, peace and care of the earth.
