Join Shelley Easthope in a free 45-minute introduction to The Ki in Reiki, a new small group experience by Reiki Campus Online Community.
What do you know about ‘ki’, the breath or energy in reiki? The concept of ki is central to Asian medicine and culture. Together we will explore our understanding and deepen our awareness of ki in order to enrich our practise of reiki and our health.
The 8-week course cultivates an awareness of ki and how it flows. Together, we explore the understanding of ki from a perspective of traditional Asian Medicine, the context within which reiki originated. This understanding will support, strengthen and enrich your life and your practice of reiki.
Bio: Shelley has practiced reiki and shiatsu for the past 35 years. The study of traditional Asian medicine, many reiki mentors and treating thousands of clients gives her a deeper awareness and understanding of ki. She feels ki moving in her body, environment, relationships and every aspect of life. Understanding what influences this movement assists her in living life more gracefully.
She lives happily on a small island with her husband, cats and frequent visits from her daughter. She enjoys the opportunity to connect through the internet to world-wide reiki friends and community.
