SUMMARY:Worry\, Stress\, & Blame
DESCRIPTION:Many years ago I spontaneously gave up the habit of worry\, and it felt good. Much later I developed a cohesive theory of how anyone could escape from the habit of worry by first understanding exactly how worry is created. \nStress\, which I define as the condition of being not in tune with one’s energetic and emotional center\, I will insist\, is related to worry\, and is largely optional. \nThe condition of blame is not mentioned in the Reiki precepts\, but I plan to explore its relationship to anger. Furthermore\, we will discuss how eliminating blame from your personal interactions\, including with yourself\, can completely change your way of being. \nBIO: Winthrop Wiltshire is a professor of chemistry and at 86 is still teaching chemistry at a US owned university in Grenada. He has been practicing Reiki for 29 years and teaching Reiki since 1994. \n.
