Many reported positively on health\, relationships\, spiritual development\, and life. The reported positive benefits included: 86% of participants improved mental health; 79% of participants improved health; 79% of participants increased positive interactions; 89% of participants more spiritual after undertaking Reiki training. \nDuncan Cross PhD\, is the Research Coordinator for the UK Reiki Federation and the Head of Education at a Northern UK University.
