I received my first-degree initiation in Reiki in 1995 from Fay Gilman. She taught me second degree in 1996. These were both in the Usui Reiki System.

I am currently studying with Gretchen Munsey to become a Reiki Master. She plans to initiate me as a Master in Hawaii in December 2023.

My work as an End of Life Doula dovetails nicely with my Reiki practice.

I have also served on two nonprofit boards in the past: San Jose Institute of Contemporary Art, and Subud Greater Seattle.

I am excited to be part of the Reiki Home Board, and look forward to working with the other members to make Reiki Home the best organization it can be.
